Using a Uniform Soldier System on other games (BF4 to other games)

Hi

I am really struggling to get my head around what i am supposed to do.

I want to convert my BF4 sens to all other games I play. However, I have no idea what i have to do get the sens feeling the same.

BF4 hipfire sens = 0.001136

USA on, Coefficient 177%

Zoom sens 67%

All scopes set to 100%

FOV 77 (in config)

I want to convert the 'feeling' that USA gives to other games, but i cant for the life of me work it out, because the calculator asks ME to select what i want to convert from and to.

Surely if i just put the numbers into the BF4 section, and i select ALL, it should convert the senses to the other game when i select ALL.

ie, from BF4 ALL to PUBG ALL.

But i can see that when i change, for example, the zoom sens in BF4 from 100% to 67%, nothing on the PUBG output changes.  And this is also the case when i change the coefficient.

If sens is based on FOV, and USA in BF4 makes the sens feel the same for all FOV, then surely once i input the data i use for BF4 it can just output a USA style sens for any game that has granular sens options. But it doesnt, and Im stuck.

Please help.  Many thanks in advance.

EDIT - i guess, what i want to do, is use Uniform Soldier Aiming at 67% ads sens in all other games, including PUBG.  Obviously PUBG doesnt have USA option in game, so i would like to know how to set the sens in PUBG to a Uniform Soldier Aiming set of sens numbers :D

Changing the USA coefficient,, for example, doesnt change any numbers for the PUBG output :(

The way the "All" conversion work is by matching everything to the hipfire sensitivity of the input game. So when you change the USA coefficient you only change the calculation for the BF4 scopes. Hipfire is the same, so PUBG will also be the same. All the scopes for both games in your screenshots are actually still the same, since the calculator compensates for your change in USA by changing the BF4 scopes.

What you need to do is to make sure the conversion setup matches your BF4 settings. Then calculations will change for PUBG as well.

For your first screenshot the setup should be like this so all your scopes in BF4 are calculated to sensitivity 1:

And if you change either coefficient or zoom all, you also need to change the conversion setup accordingly.

I hope this clears it up!

if you are on USA on, Coefficient 177% then just change every 133 to 177

Ah i see. I didnt realise i had to change the values above the main calculator boxes (above where it says INPUT). I think I understand this now, many thanks.

Thanks so much for your fast replies, really appreciate it :D

Hi one last question.... Using the Monitor Distance values that u showed me above, am i right to assume that I can create a USA sens for any game that has fully granular scope settings?

For example, I know that I like a certain hipfire 360 distance in every game, therefore I wouldn't need to 'convert' sensivities across games, I could just input the hipfire 360 to the new game and then do the monitor distances at 177%?

Correct. Ideally you should base all conversion on the same game though, so the scopes feel the same regardless of the games FOV.

For instance if you like your BF4 setup but try the same conversion using Fortnite as the game you convert from, the scopes in Fortnite will be quite different since the hipfire FOV is so narrow. So it's better to convert to Fortnite from BF4.

If i could match the hipfire FOV from BF4 to the Fortnite hipfire FOV, exactly, then would this still be an issue? Considering I would be starting with a hipfire distance at the same FOV across both games, wouldn't the scopes feel the same anyway?

If you could match the FOV it would be the same yes. But the same 360 distance and different FOV will result in different scopes.
