Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts

This game is supposed to have config files, but they aren't being created on my system for some reason.

Likely they should be located under %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts\Profiles\default\, but I only have a ScreenShots folder under %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts\. If anyone have the config files there, let me know what version of the game you have (Steam, GOG etc).

I can also see the game trying to access non-existent config files under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts\%USER%\Profiles\default\ when saving sensitivity etc, so it seems like a bug.

maybe it works like in crysis 3 or homefront revolution?

if there is a system.cfg in the game folder you could add cl_sensitivity.

Thanks a lot for the tips, it actually seems to work. The scale is different from in-game though, but should be easy to extrapolate. Also, what would the aim sensitivity variable be I wonder? Maybe as simple as cl_aimsensitivity, I'll try a few.

for crysis 3:

; Mouse Sensitivity
cl_sensitivity = 2.92122
; ADS Sensitivity Multiplier
cl_sensitivityMultiplierADS = 0.714286
cl_sensitivityOverrideADS = 0
; Skip Intro Movies
g_skipIntro = 1
; Field of View
cl_fov = 67.6727
r_DrawNearFoV = 67.672748
pl_movement.power_sprint_targetFov = 67.672748

Thanks! It's not a multiplier by definition in this game, but I'll try (i.e. it's unrelated to the normal sensitivity) :)

the ADS sens cvars are actually unlikely to work in any other cryengine game. they got added after the c3 mp beta because people complained about the high ADS sens.

i_mouse_smooth = 0

i_mouse_accel = 0

The correct variable was cl_sensitivityAim. All config file sensitivity added now.

aim sensitivities seem to be all over the place.

i noticed crysis and crysis 2 still have the wrong FOV type. it should be vdeg 60 and vdeg 55 respectively.

Yeah, they were added long before the calculator supported different FOV types, so I need to go through some older games and update them.

Config file does no longer seem to work, so you are unfortunately stuck with the in-game sensitivity.
