What % for ADS MDH to put for CoD MW 2019

Hello guys,

 

really love the site and became a supporter, but could you pelase give me a quick guide? (I found many and on youtube, but non of them answering my questions).

 

1. ADS and Scope MDH % is same?

2. Why do we input 25% for  MDH for scope? F.e. Widowmaker from overwatch?

3. What % for ADS MDH to put in for AR in Cod MW?

4. Could you explain the percntage meaning? Why 25 % or any other numbers?
