Malvire Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Hey! I play Overwatch with a bit of Cs:go on the side. Naturally I don't want to screw up my muscle memory, so I was wondering what's the best percentage to plug into the monitor distance calculator so my sens feels about identical? I don't make too many huge flicks in cs:go (although I do in ow, but I don't think that's relevant for this? I'm not sure), so I was thinking something like 5%. is that about right? Thanks
KandiVan Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Use viewspeed, i think ~70% monitor distance matching equates to viewspeed, but its better to just use viewspeed
WhoCares? Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Are Overwatch and CSGO the only games you play? If yes, than use 70% monitor match distance or better viewspeed, as KandiVan already mentioned. If you play other games as well, that dont allow you to adjust ADS sensitivity, than go with 75% match distance (16:9), because that the value a lot of games use as build in-default
potato psoas Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 (edited) Just use Viewspeed. It really should be default. Don't even bother with Monitor Distance, unless you want to convert ADS sensitivity to hipfire - when there is no ADS option in the calculator. Edited August 3, 2017 by potato psoas
