Is the monitor distance converter brocken or I am just stupid?

I'm trying to port my Overwatch sens to Quake Champion...

I play OW at 25cm/360° with the maximum FOV of 103°. Now playing the same sens(25cm/360°) on QC with a FOV of 130° feels like a much higher sensitivity but when I use the monitor distance converter, it tells me that I should play at 14.844cm/360°, an even higher sensitivity!
How does it makes any sens?!?!

So I've done a six years old guy's math, my OW sens 25cm/360° divided by 103° and multiplied by 130°:  31,5cm/360°. It feels much more similiar to how I use to play on OW.

Since the FOV in Quake Champions is so wide, matching either Monitor Distance or Viewspeed to a game like Overwatch will result in a very different 360 distance.

Especially if you convert 0% Monitor Distance. At 100% it's closer to 20 cm.

That's true, in fact I think that I'm not going to play at such a high FOV, but the thing is that a higher cm/360° sens, at least for me, makes the things worst. I have edited my first post and my simple math just feels better, I don't know...

Anyway as feedback I wanted to say that you should add some guide/explanation to the calculator ^^

Also, 130 degree default for Quake Champions? That is insane.

Yep, it's the default setting, but it can be setted within 110° and 130°.

Anyway, thank you for the reply. I've read the thread about the viewspeed and I going to try it. ;)
