Can you change so Mouse-Sensitivity when converting to Borderland 3 sensitivity trough confic use "," instead of "."  because at first i dont get why i cant apply sensitivity settings and trough it was broken at first

That's not possible since the site uses period as the decimal separator. And the memory editor will use either "," or "." depending on your local settings. I'll add a note to the game though.

I see the calculator is recommending a "MouseAdcScale" - this will only match sens for a specific zoom level, correct? I recall bl3 having pretty crap zoom options.

Yes, only the 2.2x scope is added. The different zoom levels are all over the place, and with so many different gun permutations I've only added a general one.
