ADS from one game to another games' ADS is always way off

The 360 distance in ads for BO4 is 23.3322 inches and when i try to convert to R6S ads, its just completely off at 17.02 inches. Its not just BO4 and R6S but many other games that have this problem. If I'm doing something wrong please let me know.

They are not matched using 360 distance, but likely MDH 0%. This will result in a different 360 distance due to their different FOV's.

If you want to match them using 360 distance, change the conversion setup for ADS to reflect this
