What do you mean? Select ADS or ACOG aim and you can enter all the multipliers you want:

if i try to convert a csgo sens to a rainbow six ads it wont let me without automatically adjusting the xfactor multiplier

That's the whole point of the conversion, the xfactor value is what is being calculated. If you want to manually enter it there's no value left to calculate.

the whole point of me wanting default xfactor is so that i can calculate a sensitivity, how is there nothing to calculate. why is it grayed out saying "NA"

If you want to use the default xfactor, select In-game location instead of Config File, this calculation only uses the sensitivity values from the in-game menu and assumes xfactor and MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit are both set to the default 0.02.
