Which is better is down to what you want. The same navigational feel (i.e. turning around corners etc) or aim in relation to what you see.

sensmatcher program gives different value than calculator. Am i missing something?

I just tested these settings:

With this sensitivity matcher setup:

And it's 100% correct.

i just find the value by turning 360. and made them equal in games. so i turn 360 with the same value in the program for each game.

The important number is counts, it should say 14864.48. Also "Move Partitions of" should not be more than half your horizontal resolution.
