Something must be wrong about this

So im a pubg player and i want to train my ads sens.

According to calculator, these are my settings. From my general sens i did my all other sens like that.So it gives my ADS sens (Which is 70 FOV) 39.718563.

After i take that sens and put like

After i take that sens and put it to calculator to find ; as you can see below, i put my kovaak 70 FOV to make it like  PUBG ADS and as you can see calculator the FOVs exactly same. So calculator gave me that "0.3459834"     Number. But after that,  When i try to do 360 turn with the program called Sensitivity Matcher, it does not turn 360 with this value. The exact value for same 360 with pubg ads and Kovaak is

"0.36729".

So what's wrong? Why calculator gave me a wrong number? How can i rely on the calculator for next calculations for maybe something else? I think i should stick with the TRUE 360 TURN number and dont think about the calculator?

You are probably encountering a bug in Unreal Engine 4, where some games read a generic UE4 file and applies some settings from it.

Check if you have a file called UserInput.ini under the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Unreal Engine\Engine\Config.

If you do, try to delete it and see if it changes the sensitivity behavior for both PUBG and Kovaak's.

PS, you should always enter the configured FOV and not the scope/ADS FOV. The scope FOV/ADS will be either calculated based on the config FOV, or locked to a specific value. In this case it doesn't matter since the ADS FOV in PUBG is locked, but as a general rule always enter the config FOV :)

Hey thanks for response.

I do not have any userinput.ini thing. So i still don't know what's the issue.  I'm using the sens which Sensitivity Matcher gives me atm. Anyone else here having problem?

Maybe it is about the ADS "( AR/LMG/DMR/Sniper )"

And I assume all you sensitivity and FOV selections in Kovaak's match the calculator? UE4 sens and clamped horz FOV?

I can double check your exact numbers just to be sure, but unless something has changed they should add up.

And this one also is gameusersettings from pubg config file.As you can see below, ADS Sens(scoping) is 39.718563

Might be wrong but probably you are changing your main hipfire sensitivity in kovaaks while  there is independent zoom/ads sens scaling there. Look for weapon settings while in specific scenario in kovaak, disable zoom autoscaling and use zoom multiplier instead

I'm not using ADS sens in KovaaK if im not misunderstood what you write. I'm using hipfire sens in kovaak. But i made it 70 fov, so it is same with pubg ads fov. And as i said above, they are perfectly matches on 360 turn.

Does the 360 distance change in Kovaak's if you just change FOV? Say set it to 100 instead of 70?

I tried and even with 70,103,150 it turn 360 with same sens. So why is that?

That's correct for Kovaak's. Some games adjust 360 based on FOV, others don't.

Any update on this?
Also wanted to ask something else didn't want to new topic.

When we give our general sens to calculator, it does give ADS and all the scopes and gives each one specific sensitivity.

What is the reason behind it? I mean what is the theory?
What would happen if i make my all sens same?

having multiple values fort multiple scopes is often the case because of different scope fov / different amounts of scaling performed by a game , there are  games like apex using 0%monitordistance 1.0ads = all scopes perform the same way, just scaled for the respective fov

battlefield uniform soldier aiming uses a kind of fov scaling too (When UsA is OFF, if you switch from a close range sight like an RDS to an optical zoom sight like a X4 sight, you'll probably notice a jump in sensitivity. Typically the close range sights feel less sensitive, and the long range sights feel more sensitive, which isn't very helpful. )

this is pretty much  why using 0%monitordistance makes alot of sense

yes I have this exact problem, for both pubg original and bf4,The program cannot tell me how far my mouse will move to complete a 360 at any given sens value in either of these games but   no matter how  I input my values. It's always wrong sometimes by a factor of 3, way outside it's also bs "margin of error" of less than a degree.

Can you post a specific conversion that does not work for you? Both those games should be 100% accurate if done correctly.

Yes I can, im converting bf1 to bf4 and pubg. All I want is to move the same number of pixels per cm of mouse travel at all magnifications.

2F667687-D730-414C-A64F-111ABF631383.jpeg

You are getting the same here, the max pixel ratio at 0.714 for BF1 is for the tank sensitivity, since this is matched to hipfire using 360 distance it doesn't match the pixel ratio.

If you select advanced plus mode you can see the pixel ratio for each aim.

urgh I think I input something wronmg here. there must be a way of setting the same pixels per cm for any game, any fov or zoom level i just can't see how!

Set all conversions (hipfire/ADS/scope) to MDV 0%.

what do you mean with that?
So basically can anyone post screenshot  44 pubg general sens to kovaak's hipfire?

fovs90 dpi 400.
