R6S acog ads dosnt feel right

I'm trying to convert my acog ads sensitivity to aim labs ads sensitivity I type it in and it comes up with numbers like 1.52 or 1.6 and I try those but its soooo fast It cant be right 

I dont know what to do what should i do is it the fov I'm messing up, am I suppose to put my hip ads that's 90 or the acog fov that's 31.5. And on aim labs should I do 90 or ads 31.5 should I put my aim labs to r6s mode I just dont know what to do

For FOV you should always but the FOV you have configured in-game. The calculator will calculate the ADS or ACOG FOV based on this.
