So the only way how to fix all kinds of mouse-related problems is to download community mod "NAIOM" (https://www.nexusmods.com/nierautomata/mods/12). You can set raw input, sensitivity, etc. I doubt this game will make it here but one can always hope.

But with this mod it's doable, so it's in now

This game has a lot of acceleration/inaccurate input registration. Can't be added until they at least fix that, and ideally also add numbers to the sensitivity.

Got the sensitivity better by enabling FPS Limit and lowering it so the FPS was stable, but still the sensitivity fluctuates depending on how you tilt the camera and how close it is. So this game (and any other Assassin's Creed AFAIK) is not possible to add.
