I'm afraid the issue is more severe than that. In fact just moving the mouse 1 count back and forth (i.e. the smallest possible movement) makes the crosshair end up in different places each time.

It seems devs try to make it harder for people outside Thailand to get the game. If the game doesn't show up in Garena client even after changing region to Thailand do the following: Right click on the Garena Shortcut on the desktop.
