There's a setting called "strafe while holding weapon", this adds a crosshair so you can just mouse aim the weapon at all times.

I've never looked at Roblox Studio so I don't know what options you have when you make a game, but there's a lot of different sensitivity schemes for the different games. Although there are a few common reoccurring schemes, there's no way to know what each specific game uses. So every game has to be added individually.
