It's already on the calculator, and just like Fallout 3, both calculations are extremely accurate. Only problems with both games is the lack of decimal places, which sadly hasn't been fixed by any mod out there if I'm not mistaking (though this can easily be mitigated by using Raw Accel), and changing the Viewmodel FoV (fDefault1stPersonFOV) affects fMouseSensitivity, so you're stuck with the horrid Viewmodel FoV. Other thing worth mentioning is that if you feel like the menu/Pip-Boy sensitivity is too fast, don't forget to turn off acceleration (it only affects menus), and more importantly setting bBackground Mouse to 1 massively helps.
