i need help with sensitivity

I would like to know if you know any way or method to find the perfect sensitivity or the right sensitivity.

In addition, which conversion methods are the most recommended.

I Use a mousepad of 45 cm x 40 cm.
and I use a Logitech g403 mouse
and I use a resolution of 1440x1080

I use sensitivities, but I do not feel comfortable with any.

and I wanted to know if there is any method or way to find an intermediate or adequate sensitivity to progress with my aim

just play a lot on 1 sens like 1week its enough to fully adapt 

im played 1 month on 57cm (low sens) now im playing on 15cm (high sens) and feel comfortable
