Why i can't use the WPS option in calculator sensitivity

When i select my sensitivity i can't use the option wps . Its locked ! Can you help me please ?

It's locked when the game supports raw input, in others words completely bypasses the WPS.

But in some games (for example Rainbow six siese) it is known that it is a bit buggy so most people don't use the raw input. 

MY question: Is raw input=1 the same as WPS on 6/11 ????

if u use not 6/11  u can also calculate:

3/11 = 0.25
4/11 = 0.5
5/11 = 0.75
6/11 = 1 (1:1 ratio of dots per inch)
7/11 = 1.5
8/11 = 2
9/11 = 2.5
10/11 = 3
11/11 = 3.5

 

example: u use 800 dpi and 4/11 in Windows setting: 800*0.5= 400

so the dpi u use is 400
