Need help about 4:3 converted to 16:9

i was playing at 1280*960（4:3） before, i'm now playing at 1920*1080

my dpi is 400 sensitivity is 1.59 and scope sensitivity is 0.96, i fell a little bit slow when i play at 1920*1080.

should i change my sensitivity base on monitor distance? and which % is the best choice?

Ok, that's very close to your original sensitivity so it means that you actually prefer 360 distance. When you go from 4:3 to 16:9, the 4:3 portion of the game stays exactly the same, the extra width is just added on. That's probably why it feels a bit slower, since you see more. But technically you should use the same sensitivity.
