want to train my pubg aim on kovaak, what sens should I convert ? the normal or the ads ?

please, I want to know this, another thing I woud  like to know is: if  I want to train my ADS sens what method should I use ? viewspeed? cause u said ads fov is different so I guess its viewspeed right ?

Aim, and use the same FOV in Kovaak's as the aim you want to train (you can see the Actual FOV in the calculator).
