erionnes Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 I think there's a mistake with the R6 Siege calculator:-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------First calculator, Hipfire Simple at 6 results to 56.9976cm but on 2nd calculator, Hipfire Simple at 6 results to 66.4972cm which one is correct or am I reading the calculator wrongly?
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 4, 2017 Wizard Posted February 4, 2017 Seems like a rounding error, the top one converting from advanced to simple show the 360 distance for 7, not 6. I'll check the code to see what's up
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 4, 2017 Wizard Posted February 4, 2017 I see what's happening btw, the correct sensitivity without rounding would be 6.5, but somewhere it's rounded to 6.49999... which results in 6.
Grim Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Also, it tells you different XFactorAiming values for iron sights and ACOG when converting from windows dpi. Both calculations should give the same value for XFactorAiming provided the input fov is the same or am I missing something?

Different XFactorAiming values for hipfire and ACOG is correct, since the FOV is different.

I don't think hipfire is affected by XFactorAiming. But anyway, does that mean I can only match one of the two zoom levels/FOVs (iron sights or ACOG) with my desktop sens and the other will be off?
