BFV Hitmarkers to BF4

Technically not a "mouse sensitivity" question but i figured people would be able to help anyways since reddit was un-able to answer my question.

I would like to know the Hitmarker size from BFV and BF1 To BF4. I use 1920x1080 with 70 percent hud scaling on BF4 and would like to have the same settings (As much as possible) between both games, any help or information or even a direct answer would be appreciated
