Looks like 105 (multiplier 1.5) is a good choice. Another question: Is it necessary to set the parameter "mouse_use_per_scope_sensitivity_scalars" to 1? Correct.
Wheaks Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 @DPI Wizard May you double check the accuracy of this calculator? The https://jscalc.io/embed/Q1gf45VCY4tmm2dq?utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=JSCalc Blog&utm_source=JSCalc blog and aimlab are the same but is a lil bit different from this calculator.

It turns out that Apex rounds the FOV before calculating the sensitivity. So for instance if your FOV is 89.49 it will round down to 89 and use this as the base for the ADS, while if it is 89.5 it will instead round up and use 90. The calculator accounts for this which is why you get somewhat weird numbers. Do I need to recalculate to get more accurate result or no?

Wheaks Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 (edited) You can't edit config value in aimlab and kovaak 2.0, and I can't tell the fov value in game from this calculator Edited October 19, 2021 by Wheaks
Wheaks Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 Before I use this https://jscalc.io/embed/Q1gf45VCY4tmm2dq?utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=JSCalc Blog&utm_source=JSCalc blog to get the raw sens and lets say hipfire0.59, I calculate the ads by multiplying 0.59 to a value as close as 0.452623310.
Wheaks Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 The result will be like 0.76618 for ads and I'll also change my fov (since u can't ads in most scenario but holding ads applies the ads sens) to ads fov in-game value
Wheaks Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 (edited) @DPI Wizard The problem is can't tell in-game fov of hipfire and ads Edited October 19, 2021 by Wheaks

Can you please just edit your post instead of replying 6 times with different posts? Makes it a bit tidier... Anyway, you can calculate zoom sensitivity in Kovaaks by selecting the Scope aim. Any limitations in Kovaaks I can't do anything about.

If will always show you the actual HFOV and VFOV in the output, you can use this in Kovaaks.

I get what u mean, it makes u adapt to different things quickly, but playing on different settings doesn't really help if u already have a mindset of relying on yourself instead of settings. Instead, it is just a waste of time for me to play different settings intentionally. I don't change settings to make myself suddenly good, I only change it to raise my skill capability by a lil bit, so I want to make sure that pixel ratio is as accurate as possible (for me, pixel ratio is the most important unit in sens). I'm happy with my settings now as it provide high speed + high precision at the same time, the only downside is it is harder to control because of high dpi which means a single count takes much less distance to be registered. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. Edited October 19, 2021 by Wheaks
fortunate reee Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 (edited) i am afraid that i might not have properly explained in my previous post so ill try to elaborate. 48 minutes ago, Wheaks said: I get what u mean, it makes u adapt to different things quickly, but playing on different settings doesn't really help if u already have a mindset of relying on yourself instead of settings. Instead, it is just a waste of time for me to play different settings intentionally if we are speaking pure motor skills that statement would be objectively false (check the summary section of the link, if you dont want to read it all) if you are looking at it from a " i dont need to get better" perspektive that is fine aswell not trying to talk you into trying other settings. perfect settigns dont exist use what feels good to you. i°m just mentioning this so you dont waste your time training a certain way when another one is proven to be effective https://themerkle.com/wp-content/uploads-new/2020/09/Motor-Skills-Are-Strengthened-through-Reconsolidation.pdf so instead of only sticking to the specific zoom levels that would have the exact same pixel ratio trainign a variation of zoom levels in between the min and max pixel ration of the scopes you use would likely prove more effective. hope i cleared it up : ) Edited October 19, 2021 by fortunate reee
