Sorennic Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 @DPI Wizard to double check. If i wanted to use the 103 FOV conversion, i have to set my cl_fovScale to 1.237600 on the apex config. this will show the in game FOV slider at 88 though because thats showing the 4:3 resolution. but i am ACTUALLY seeing 103 on screen because i am actually on 16:9 native right?

Sorennic Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 when converting my apex 1.8 sens in game, and 103 fov to kovaaks, i need to change the kovaaks in game fov slider to 101.76?
SrirachaSauce Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 (edited) what is the correct conversion for the fov? Edited December 17, 2019 by SrirachaSauce

SrirachaSauce Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 (edited) So that is what I have been doing wrong.... I thought it would auto-populate for the convert to game. Dammit.... sorry man Edited December 17, 2019 by SrirachaSauce

Jaderay Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 I'm sorry, but my aim still feels not the SAME, as it should be. Help me convert my sens from APEX to Hunt Showdown. APEX 1.7 0.7 90 FOV 800DPI results was, but it feels different, starting mess up my aim in APEX. also how can I change my ADS SENS to 0.7, and not 1 as default, it's too high for me personally.

Jaderay Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Ok, but now it look like a mess of random numbers. And i don't know how much it's Aperture Scope in Apex variant. It's what, 3x, 5x or... Sounds dumb, but I still don't get it.

Shadowkitten Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 @DPI Wizarddid they remove the option to set fovscale in config file? I've tried to put the value in but it always disappears.

superdooperpooperscooper Posted February 11, 2020 Posted February 11, 2020 Hi i'm new at this so I just wanted to make sure I was doing this right. Are the apex zoom sensitives supposed to be the same for a 0% monitor match?

solidOz Posted February 14, 2020 Posted February 14, 2020 Something is off, when I convert from Overwatch to Apex this happens: Where is the mistake? I use the tool like I always do. All I change is Sens, DPI, FOV that is it. It is way too fast^^

Config file calculations expect config file FOV whenever possible, and it is not unusual that the value is different from the in-game value. If you have it set to 110 in-game that would be 1.55 in the config file solidOz 1
solidOz Posted February 14, 2020 Posted February 14, 2020 (edited) I see, thank you. How would I find that value out myself? I guess 1 is 90 then? Edited February 14, 2020 by solidOz
