marmanoff Posted July 18, 2019 Posted July 18, 2019 in csgo 90 Fov I'm using 2.92 sens as normal in csgo, using sv_cheats 1 enabled I'm using 77.14 fov to match the 1x scope in Apex and my NORMAL sens is 2.64 I can't figure out how to calculate my zoom sens, which is supposed to be my normal csgo sens with the same fov as apex 1x scope when the normal multiplier will be 2.92.. Can you help me?

medge Posted July 21, 2019 Posted July 21, 2019 Hello DPI Wizard I'm wondering if the zoom ones are correct? Trying to get 1 zoom as in CS with 75% Monitor Distance - I have posted a picture of the following attempt below.
Jeffy14 Posted July 21, 2019 Posted July 21, 2019 Hi, Does anyone know how to create a config.cfg for APEX legends to change the sensitivity please? For some reason, it never saves it when I change it in game. I would like to create a config file please. Really appreciate some help here. Thank you

This is correct, but since Apex only has one ADS sensitivity select the aim you want calculated (All w/ XXX) if it isn't ADS.
marmanoff Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Ok so all apex zooms have same sens, but which zoom is the correctly calculated one in the calculator?

I have 6.4 sens and I want to move in the same speed when im zoomed If you mean the same tracking speed (i.e. MDH 0%) this is what ADS sensitivity 1.0 is in Apex. It scales to MDH 0% by default.
Rossicle Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 im wondering what way to convert would be better for improving overall between these two;
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted July 29, 2019 Author Wizard Posted July 29, 2019 1 minute ago, Rossicle said: im wondering what way to convert would be better for improving overall between these two; The best way would be to use 103 HFOV for Apex as well (1.237600), then it will be exactly the same with both methods. If you want to use a wider FOV, just try both methods. One of them will probably feel too fast or too slow.
Quackerjack Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 just for safety: if i want to translate my apex sens (hipfire 110Fov 2.3 sens) to csgo (hipfire) i use 360° Method? Cause the sensitivity in apex is fov indepentend right? Or i have to use the 0% Method?

Paintballer Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Hi I am trying to convert my Apex legends settings to Rainbow 6, but the ADS converter appears to have an issue See below. For some unkown reason when you leave the Apex legens on All/ADS you cant change the ADS multyplier from 1 (I have mine on 0.89) What I am trying to do is get the same sens for ADS on the pistols (like the wingman) and convert this to the sensitivity for the ADS on Iron sights/red dot option) When I do this, the calculator wont let me put in the sensitiry into R6, it says the value are too low?

For some unkown reason when you leave the Apex legens on All/ADS you cant change the ADS multyplier from 1 (I have mine on 0.89) That's intentional, as the "All" options calculates all available sensitivity values for you. This is to make it easier and less tedious to calculated for instance all aims for games like BFV, so instead of going through each and every aim you do it in one go with the "All" option. For Apex this means that the aim sensitivity you select with "All", like "All w/ADS" or "All w/ 1X" will be calculated based on your conversion setup. 7 minutes ago, Paintballer said: What I am trying to do is get the same sens for ADS on the pistols (like the wingman) and convert this to the sensitivity for the ADS on Iron sights/red dot option) When I do this, the calculator wont let me put in the sensitiry into R6, it says the value are too low? If you want to convert directly from ADS to ADS your screenshot is showing the correct way. You just need to enter whatever you have configures as Sensitivity 1 for R6, be it the default value of 50 or something else. The ADS sensitivity needs this value to be able to be calculated. This and the configured FOV for R6 and Apex (if they are changed from default) is all that is missing from your calculation.
Paintballer Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 I think I figured it. It's the multipliers in R6 I hadn't changed. Quick question. I have a 16:10 1440 monitor and I have the apex FOV at standard. What is R6 FOV calc based on? And what value would match Apex base value on my monitor. Thanks in advance
