I'm using 1024x768 bb in csgo and want to convert to other games that I play in 1920x1080 and use different fov, whats the best method of conversion to use in this case? Thank you

Thank you Use your monitors native resolution and default FOV (so 1920x1080 and 90) for the CSGO input, and if possible set the FOV of the game you are converting to as close to 106.26 Hdeg 16:9 as possible.

Thank you for the quick aswer mate. I saw a topic that MDV at 0% was the best method to use, is it true?

Some people have other preference though, but it seems to suite a majority of the players. MDV and MDH 0% is the same as long as you are not converting between different AR.

As long as the AR and FOV values are the same MDV and MDH give the same results. In games that don't allow the FOV to change and it's different what do you think it's the best to use? Thank you

It's when FOV is different the matching methods comes into play. 0% makes your tracking speed consistent regardless of FOV, which is why it's especially useful for aims.

It's not much, but they are. That's why I asked if one was better than the other

It's not much, but they are. That's why I asked if one was better than the other Only 0% is the same between MDH and MDV. Any other value will give different result, but they are related to each other. For instance in 16:9 100% MDH = 177.78% MDV (100/9*16) 100% MDV = 56.25% MDH (100/16*9) So the difference is more about what axis you want to lock the match to, horizontal or vertical.
