Rainbow six siege 4:3 sens convert to csgo

Hello everyone, I recently started playing Rainbow six competitively and wanna train my aim in CSGO by practising in those workshop maps. I just purchased a subscription here but have no idea how to convert my R6 sens to csgo since i am playing 4:3 in R6 1920x1080 and want to continue playing 4:3 in csgo. My settings in siege are : 

Horizontal: 5

Vertical: 5

Aim Down Sight: 60

DPI: 800

FOV: 90

Resolution: 1920x1080

Aspect ratio: 4:3

I don't where to start since i have no idea which conversion method (360 distance, viewspeed, monitor distance) is right for me.

Could someone help me with this? thank you very much!
