If I play style is more about flick aim,does it mean 56.25% is better than 0% for me?

I am now using 56.25% to transfer my sens from desktop 400 dpi to 3D games (since I used to use 2.95 400 in csgo, 56.25% is kind of close to what i used to use) and use 0% to match other things. 

Since I am a flick aimer, should I go with 56.25% with everything? or 0% everything?

or I should stick to my current method. 56.25% from 2d to 3d and 0% from hipfire to ads?

Just for you information, 56.25% comes from calculating where the 100% vertical point would be on the horizontal plane.

You are better off using 100% vertical distance now
