Ludo Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 Hi, i know there is a video explaining it but im quite confused, i dont know which one to pick between viewspeed 2 and 360 distance. I've looked for viewspeed 2 because i saw it was the same sensitivity for the same Fov in different game and the 360 distance is taking the same distance for a 360. What is the difference between viewspeed 1 and 2, and why ,is there a difference between 360 distance and viewpeed ? Thanks
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 5, 2018 Wizard Posted September 5, 2018 360 distance is only suitable for hipfire or aims that have about the same FOV. Since it keeps a constant 360 distance it's not suitable for scopes since it would make them way too sensitive. Viewspeed 1 and 2 (now renamed Viewspeed Horizontal and Viewspeed Vertical) calculate the sensitivity based on FOV, one for horizontal and one for vertical. The big difference is that the vertical match do typically not change when you change aspect ratio. If you convert between the same aspect ratio they are about the same.
