question Black ops 3 Mouse Vertical Sensitivity

Hello,

Recently I converted my sensitivity to Black Ops 3, and went into the config file to change it exactly. When I got in there, I noticed that right below the MouseSensitivity line was a 'Mouse vertical sensitivity' which was set at 0.022 and apparently the lowest it can go is -1 and highest is 1. This is a big difference from the normal sensitivity caps of 0.1 to 30, and I'm wondering if 0.022 will result in a 1:1 sensitivity for horizontal and vertical, which is how I like to play.
