darkheart46 Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 I got a question about the viewspeed in the elder scrolls online, i see that the calculator uses the firstpersonsensitivity but what about third person mouse sensitivity i tell that because is not the usual to play at first person and its more common to play at 3rd mode, which sensitivity should i match to not break muscle memory , i play games at desktop 3 wps 1100 dpi, and then convert to viewspeed at games. thank you in advance
VaniLa 4 GoriLa Posted April 19, 2019 Posted April 19, 2019 This is an old one! Possible to add calculation for 3rd person view?
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted April 20, 2019 Author Wizard Posted April 20, 2019 Added third person, in-game sensitivity and corrected the FOV calculations VaniLa 4 GoriLa 1

They are identical, the only difference is where you configure the sensitivity. Settings -> Camera -> Third Person or Settings -> Camera -> First Person
Carlos Resurreccion Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 @DPI Wizard Does the sens stay the same no matter our zoom? Scroll wheel zooms in and out. Should we be at a particular zoom level to use the values in the calculator?
rawmomo Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 There's no config file in the shown path. all the folders are empty.

Check the notes: "If you use the EU client, the folder will be called "liveeu". Is this the issue? Or is there nothing there either? Have you started the game at least once?

It's technically the same FOV and sensitivity, only the camera distance from you character changes.

I have started the game registered & everything, I'm in the first phase of the game

LEGENDKMS Posted January 19, 2024 Posted January 19, 2024 We need updated sensitivities. I only see the third person, and I believe it needs to be updated. It feels faster than my usual sensitivity.
