Confused Converting COD Sens to other Games

So im completley confused about Monitor Distance, Viewspeed, 75%, 56.25% etc...

I running all my games on 1920x1080. I have 2.20 Sens in Black Ops 3 and want to convert it to Island of Nyne. In COD i always use in-game 80 FOV and in Island of Nyne i use default 90 FOV.

Which setting should i pick to get the best 1:1 sens feeling across those games? Monitor Distance? 360 Degree? Viewspeed v1 or Viewspeed v2? Im kinda confused^^

You have to try witch method feels best for you first:

Try these three:

360 distance:                    Hipfire=0.662829
Monitor Distance 100%:  Hipfire=0.745682
Monitor Distance 0%:      Hipfire=0.789928

People have different preferences, so what works for me doesn't necessarily work for you

Use 0% monitor match, it is the same scaling used by Call of duty games.
