Guest Posted June 30, 2018 Posted June 30, 2018 Okay so I am trying to convert my CSGO sens to my Ark sens but for some reason the calculator is off. In cs my sens is 2.96 and 400 dpi which is enough to do about 1.2 360 degree turns. However, when I convert it to my Ark sens, I get like .37 but it isnt even enough to do a full 360. My fov in both games is default, so I do not know what the problem is. It worked fine converting my sens to Realm Royale but I think you guys need to remake your ARK calc. Especially since the onyl reason I subscribed and pay money to you guys was for it.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted June 30, 2018 Wizard Posted June 30, 2018 I'll check if anything is updated in ARK ASAP!
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted June 30, 2018 Wizard Posted June 30, 2018 Ok, just checked now and nothing is changed in ARK, so the calculation is spot on. Can you PM me your CSGO and ARK config files? Just copy and paste them in a message here.
Guest Posted July 1, 2018 Posted July 1, 2018 I am not sure how to submit the file from csgo because I do not see a config file
Guest Posted July 1, 2018 Posted July 1, 2018 Oh and on ARK discard the fact that I had my fov multiplier on 1.25 I only converted it to be on 1 but I was testing things out so its really 1
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted July 1, 2018 Wizard Posted July 1, 2018 The sensitivity in the CSGO file is set to 3.28, not 2.96. How far is a 360 in ARK with 0.372152 and 400 DPI for you?
Guest Posted July 1, 2018 Posted July 1, 2018 That must be a glitch or something because I tried changing it and my sens did not change at all. Also my sens in game was 2.96. In ARK I cannot even do one complete rotation (I can only turn like 300 degrees ) whereas in cs I can turn like 400 degrees
Guest Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Alright I think I will need a refund as the Ark sensitivity converter is off. If it is not fixed in the next few days I will dispute it with paypal.

It does however have serious issues with negative acceleration. You need to move your mouse really slowly to replicate the correct sensitivity. I'm in not control of this unfortunately, it's up to the devs to fix the mouse input.
