Best method to convert sensitivity from high fov to low fov game?

I've been using the monitor match at 56.25% on a 16:9 monitor which has worked out great for most games but i'm running into an issue on 3rd person games like Fortnite and Realm Royale which have a low FOV (80 and 90).

My 'best' sensitivity is from Paladins at 115 FOV which is 54.28cm/360. When converting this to Realm Royale with the monitor match method my suggested value is 77.06cm/360. This is prohibitively low for me and feels terribly slow.

Any advice on where to go from here, what to try next?

There's nothing you can really do. You're sensitivity is already low enough as it is. If you are having trouble with converting to lower FOV then you may need a bigger mousepad or you should increase your sensitivity. Pick a sensitivity that's fast enough for the lower FOVs and then convert it back to Paladins and see if that feels too fast.

It's best to convert 3rd person games just based on 360 distances, this is my opinion and not based on anything. I actually tend to feel these days that 360 distance is best for hipfire period, regardless of FOV. Monitor Match is not reliable in 3rd person games except when your aiming/zooming in and even then it's not as good as matching first person games. Just use your 360 distance, it won't feel perfect, but at least your movement will feel close.
