Fortnite vertical sens same as horizontal

I can't do the fix this guy posted on reddit because i can't find lookup and turn variables. My profile looks like this. Some help please i hate playing close range because the y sens is waaay too slow.

You have to create the keys by duplicating existing ones. See this guide I just wrote

There is any way to add ADS / Scope sensitivity to the game ? becouse i see only padtargetting and scope sens

Change them in-game to something else than 1 and they will appear in the config file.
