CSGO resolution 4:3 to 16:9

So this is probably a noob question, but does changing from a 4:3 with black bars resolution to a 16:9 resolution affect sensitivity? I understand that if the 4:3 res is stretched it will feel different, but what if it's not stretched? I get that that the 360 sens is the same, but the horizontal FOV is changing, so that would change how it feels, right?

If so, what would be the correct way to convert sens? Say my sens is 1.25 on 800x600 with black bars, and I want to go to 16:9. Does using 0% MM, like I use for scoping, make any sense?

but u have more pixels, so the feeling is different (sens dont change but the feeling and thats important too)

so u cant try up ur sens 0.2 if u go from 4:3 to 16:9

Surely if you placed the 4:3 portion of your 16:9 screen in the same place as the existing 4:3 screen, the only thing that changes is the extra view you get, this would just mean you have more periphery vision. Sure that extra bit will move faster, so the edges of you screen will move faster but that's it. Where's this 0.2 come from? What's your reasoning?
