You should be able to change the DPI in the convert to section to get a specific sensitivity with a certain DPI

You can, that's one of the main points of the calculator.

 

The DPI field of the convert to section is copied from the convert from game if you don't enter anything. But you can just overwrite it :)

oh wow I am kicking myself so hard right now. I figured since it was greyed out, I couldn't use it. Thanks for the reply though. I kind of also have another question I'll just put here.

I'm confused on why these aren't the same sensitivities since they're both source games. My assumption was that it's affected by FOV but then why does this happen

I'm not sure which sensitivity configuration I would want to use for the most consistence?

Ok wait I guess I figured it out. I play at FOV 90 in TF2 (I forgot about that), which gives me the 2.5 sensitivity. NVM
