ForsakenBlox Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 (edited) The 360 sensitivity seems to be different on different zoom sites, yet it has the same perceived sensitivity, sort of like CSGO's zoom sensitivities. Edited March 4, 2016 by ForsakenBlox
CaptaPraelium Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Here's the details for future reference: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2979150494051524581/ HTH. Sorry to necro.
Obscurenamedigit Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Heya, I'm a bit confused why everyone keeps mentioning FOV, the Game INFO section of the Calculator for BF1 says sens is not affected by FOV. If anyone can explain that'd be great, I still can't get scopes to feel right, they always feel too sluggish.
CaptaPraelium Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 The base sensitivity is not effected by FOV, but Uniform Soldier Aiming, is. The calculator at present assumes a coefficient of 0, but the Wizard is working on it Just a tip, did you disable DX12? A lot of people said that helped with "sluggish" aim in BF1. Then again, a lot said it didn't. Still, maybe worth a shot. Anyway, that's probably one for the BF1 thread...

In reality, it is effected because your viewpoint effects how many pixels the gun needs to travel across the monitor. Games with different FOVs can never be matched 100% accurately. If you transfer the CSGO hip fire sensitivity directly to Battlefield without changing the Battlefield FOV to the same as CSGO, it will feel slightly different. If you are going to use different FOVs, it is probably better to use the "Monitor Distance" setting rather than 360 distance.
