Need help for sens OSU! to Crossfire

I'm pretty new to this and I don't know what I need to use for the conversions. In Osu! My DPI is 500 and ingame sens is 1x.  1366 x 768

Well if you have a look at this, you can see where to put all your settings:

I have highlighted the conversion method red because you need to decide which method you want to convert with before doing any conversions to other games.

Keep in mind you must always input the correct FOV for each game and double check hidden settings like raw input.
