will there be difference on desktop for 4/11 dpi800 and 6/11 dpi 400

I know that the feeling of 4/11 800 will be the same with 6/11 dpi 400 and accuracy will be the same for game with raw input. i want to know will there be influence on my accuracy on desktop. It does feel smoother with dpi800, But I also play aimbooster, I hope that i also can get no accelaration movement on desktop

if I use 4/11 dpi800 for aimbooster. Does that mean there is deceleration now??
