Best mouse-acceleration for someone who wants to get into acceleration?

title pretty much. ive used mouse accel settings for a while but not sure im using them to the fullest i can be to help my self.

Use Povohat's mouse acceleration driver, disable all other forms of acceleration, use a high DPI. For more information, and a download link for the driver, visit Kovaak's mouse accel site.

I already use Povohats and Kovaaks GUI as well but my issue is just working out what sort of general ball park settings i should be going for when trying to decide on a best sensitivity.
