noaimBoii Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Hi I just checked the config files for both BF1 and BF4. BF1's default USA coefficient is 1.33000... while BF4 uses 1.333333... are these differences factored into the calculator? Just wondering
samuel_hou Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 They said that's the screen raitio when 50% match... so maybe just a problem with precision?

USA 1.33333 isn't 50 % monitor match, it's 75 % on a 16:9 Screen I think Dice is rounding, since 1.3333333333....^ -1 = 0.75 Edited February 4, 2018 by WhoCares?

JUST LIKE CS

The distance from the cross hairs at which things are 100% uniform between different scope FOVs is equal to the distance from your crosshair, to the top of your screen, times the UsA coefficient. So you must be wondering why the default coefficient is 1.33 First, because 1.33 seemed to work best, second, because that's what CS:GO used and compatability is awesome, and third, because when you times your vertical screen height by 1.33, you would get your horizontal screen width if you were using a 4:3 screen, which is the smallest aspect ration screen people use for games.

JUST LIKE CS 1.78 coefficient is 100% match. Using Skwuruhl correct method (I was wrong^^) : 1.78 *9/16 = 1.0
