Battlefield 1 to PUBG calculator is wrong

I converted my Overwatch sensitivity to BF1, then converted my BF1 sensitivity to PUBG. My final PUBG sensitivity felt very slows so I checked the in-game converted sense from Overwatch to PUBG and from BF1 to PUBG. Overwatch gave a PUBG ads sens of 27 while BF1 gave an ADS sens of 12. The Overwatch one felt right but the BF1 one did not.
