launch option csgo

Hello guys i'm playing csgo with 800 dpi 1.25 sens and raw input on . Lot of people say this command are useless but when i switch on -noforcemaccel -usenoforcedmparm my sens feel really better more smoother and fast, i prefer with those. I would like to know if it's possible to get the equivalent sensitivity without those command in my launch option to transfer to all games.

with -usenoforcedmparms -noforcemaccel u get acceleration (i think windows accel) so u can try no launch options and m_rawinput 0 and windows acceleration on
