im using 1920 1080 and I want to switch to 1440 1080 will this affect my sens and if so what should I do to insure that I have same sens in all game?

Do you really mean 1440x1080 ? Or 2560x1440 ?

If not, thats another aspect ratio and thus another fov in games, so sensitivity might messed up in a lot of circumstances
