Do I have to manually cancel on Paypal as well? That is unexpected... If so, please re-enable my sub for this billing cycle as I paid for it, and I will then cancel on Paypal. Thanks.

Yes, you need to cancel it on Paypal. I have re-enabled your sub, and refunded your last payment for your troubles
