noaimBoii Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 When I try to convert my senstivity from hipfire to cavalry sensitivity in file, the calculator says my DPI is too low. However, when I try the in game option, the calculator was able to give me a value that is nowhere near the sensitivity limits.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 Do you have USA on or off? With it off the Cavalry sensitivity is extreme slow compared to hipfire, so most calculations fall outside the limits.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 Then is should work if you select the Cavalry (USA ON) option in most cases. What exact values are you using that fails?
noaimBoii Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 I used the vehicle sensitivity I got from the heavy tank/landship conversion. However the light vehicles seems to work.
noaimBoii Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 This is my conversion using the light vehicle sensitivity. This gives about a 9% vehicle sensitivity and a 14% cavalry sensitivity in-game, which is way too slow.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 I see the issue, I need to verify that I've used the right variables in the formula. Will do it later today!
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 Wizard Posted September 15, 2017 Found all kinds of gremlins in the machine, but sorted it out now! Do the Landship conversion all over again as that was wrong, and use the new value you get for the cavalry
noaimBoii Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 May I ask what is the difference between the landship and the light vehicle?
noaimBoii Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 Using the light vehicle conversion, the speed feels still too slow on the cavalry. The same is true for the landship.
noaimBoii Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 For reference, both light vehicle conversions in "file" and "in game" gave me the same in game vehicle sensitivity of 9. However, the "file" cavalry conversion gave me an in game cavalry sensitivity of 40%, while the "in-game" gave me a sensitivity of 141%.

Do the Landship conversion all over again as that was wrong, and use the new value you get for the cavalry The Landship Viewspeed calculates wrong now (this is under new Viewspeed). For the "In-Game" calculation it says 11, but when you use the filed value it's below 1% in-game, so pretty far off. It worked fine before you did this adjustment. This is with default calc viewspeed, but still the same problem: That vehicle sens is nowhere near 46/cm 360, it's unbearable slow. For referance, 11% in-game is : 0.165000 So, perhaps a decimal was moved one place too far? Edited September 18, 2017 by Bryjoe
