It says how in the game notes: Use arrow keys to adjust sensitivity in increments of 0.01.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, but the result I am getting when converting my sensitivity to Black Ops 2 is wrong. It's higher than it should be. One full swipe of my mouse should turn me around a little more than 270 degrees, but using the sensitivity that it gives me, I turn 360+ degrees.

If you are actually using the Plutonium launcher, do you have FOV Scale set to 1 in the game?

Yes. I have my FOV scale set to 1.00 in the game. I should note that the conversion used to work for me, but after reinstalling the game after a while of not playing it, it's inaccurate.
