Wizard DPI Wizard Posted June 22, 2014 Wizard Posted June 22, 2014 Finally got this game figured out. Please check the notes regarding acceleration, as the calculations are for unaccelerated movement, meaning moving your mouse really slowly. View full update
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted August 31, 2014 Author Wizard Posted August 31, 2014 I have started analyzing this game now, but mouse acceleration is causing some issues... I have not found a way to completely disable it, which means that calculations will be very inaccurate. Anyone know a fix to this?
Xelos Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Hey DPI Wizard, Im a big of your website and the concept. Im a Battlefield Play4Free player, or better was, and would really like to keep my sensitivity from that game and transfer it to other games. Now the problem I also came across with is the mouse acceleration in bf p4f. I really dislike mouse acceleration because its really hard to transfer it to other games. My Question is if there is a way to transfer this accelerated sensitivity to other games. My problem is that I consider myself a really good player in that game and have found the perfect sensitivity. I will research a bit to see if you can disable it etc, but the problem is that I am used to that sensitivity then :/ But if there is no way to disable it, will you still make the calculator? I would highly apreciate! Thanks!
Xelos Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 I have researched a bit and found that the mouse acceleration is actualy pretty random. The mouse jumps a bit if you are moving the mouse too fast, and if you turn slowly the mouse moves perfectly. I noticed this during my playtime as well and figured that it could be very hard to tranfer the sensitivity from there. I also found that under sensitivity there is a "yaw" and "pitch" factor (under "FOOT"). I dont know whats that for. It would still be very nice if you could still convert it or figure something out Best Regards
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 3, 2014 Author Wizard Posted September 3, 2014 I'll do some more analyzing, and see if I can find a way to add it. It will be inaccurate to some degree though, as DPI, sensitivity and how fast you move your mouse will affect the results a lot.
Xelos Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Have you figured a way out yet? Sry for stressing but I like the concept of this site a lot and would find it great to transfer my sens from p4f since the game is slowly dying.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 26, 2014 Author Wizard Posted September 26, 2014 I haven't got around to do it yet, but it's high up on my list
Xelos Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Thanks for the answer, I just wanted to know if its still active. Take your time.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted October 6, 2014 Author Wizard Posted October 6, 2014 Back from vacation now, so I'll look into this this week I hope.
Xelos Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Would really apreciate! I know it takes some time to calculate everything correctly. Hope you find time to add it.

-Merthorn- Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 So how are things going? I'm really eager to get my sens from this game and transfer it to others

Nothing is really compatible when the game has unpredictable acceleration, but the 3D Aim Trainer linked in the icon next to all conversions is accurate and a good place to train. unknown567 1
