If you signed up with PayPal:

2. Click the "Cancel" button in the top right.

If you signed up with a credit card, Alipay, Apple Pay or Google Pay:

1. Go here and click "Manage" on the active subscription.
2. Click "Cancel renewals" to stop future payments.

If you cannot see any subscription in these two locations:

• Check your preapproved payments in your PayPal account and cancel the payment there.

Important:

Please do not cancel the recurring plan until your order is processed. If you do, the order will be stuck in "Processing". Contact us if this happens.

Canceled subscriptions will not expire until the current period is over.

Our sensitivity converter helps you maintain the same aiming feel across different games by converting your in-game sensitivity settings.

Using the converter ensures that moving your mouse a certain distance results in the same in-game rotation across games.

Example:

• If your Counter-Strike 2 sensitivity is 1.14 and you want the same feel in VALORANT (using 800 DPI), the converter calculates that your VALORANT sensitivity should be 0.358.
• This ensures that rotating 360° in both games requires the same physical mouse movement (~45.6 cm).
